Payment rules & regulations for reservations:

Without prior payment, reservations will be made on tentative basis, and will stand unchanged for:

• 7 Days, if the reservation is made less than 60 days before the check-in date
• 3 Days, if the reservation is made less than 30 days before the check-in date
• 1 Day, if the reservation is made less than 7 days before the check-in date

Payment models:

Payment can be made by:

• Depositing cash/cheque in favour of www.dandeli.com at the nearest ICICI Bank Branch
• Transfer money to our Current Account, under the name www.dandeli.com , at ICICI Bank, Dharwad Branch

NOTE: Please e-mail the money transfer transaction details to us for smoother processing.

Cancellation rules:

In case of confirmed bookings, all cancellation requests have to be submitted at our office in the written.

Cancellation Charges:

• 10% of the tariff on cancellation prior to two weeks before the check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)
• 50% of the tariff on cancellation within two weeks and prior to two working days before the check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)
• No refund on cancellation within the two working days before the check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)
