Cancellation and Postponement Policy

At our camps, we recognize that life is full of unexpected twists, and plans can often need to be adjusted. Our primary goal is to make cancellations and date changes as straightforward as possible, while also ensuring fairness for all our guests. Whether you're tweaking your travel schedule or canceling your reservation, we have a simple policy to guide you through the process.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Below is our refund policy based on the notice period:

  • • 15 days or more before check-in: You will receive a 90% refund of your booking amount (a 10% administrative fee will be deducted).
  • • Between 48 hours and 14 days before check-in: You will receive a 50% refund of your booking amount.
  • • Less than 48 hours before check-in or no-show: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided.

Postponement / Preponement Policy

If you need to change your booking date, we offer flexible options depending on how early you request the change:

  • • 15 days or more before check-in: You can change your booking date free of charge. However, once rescheduled, no further changes or cancellations will be allowed.
  • • 7 to 14 days before check-in: To reschedule your stay, a 20% charge of the booking amount will apply.
  • • 24 hours to 7 days before check-in: For date changes, a 50% charge of the booking amount will be applied.
  • • Less than 24 hours before check-in: Unfortunately, modifications are not allowed at this stage.

Additional Information

  • • All date changes are subject to availability. If your preferred date is unavailable, we will work with you to find the best alternative.
  • • Cancellations and modifications must be requested in writing via email or our official contact channels.
  • • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • • In case of extreme unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or emergencies), we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • • Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
